**Birth of the UNO (United Nations Organization):**

The United Nations was officially established on **24th October 1945**, after the end of World War II, to promote peace, security, and international cooperation. It was formed when **51 countries** signed the **UN Charter** in San Francisco, USA. The UNO replaced the League of Nations, which had failed to prevent global conflict. Today, 24th October is celebrated every year as **United Nations
